For our anniversary the three of us decided that we wanted to go see something new and do something we had never done before. We started the day with breakfast at Cafe Lafayette, a wonderful bistro in Seal Beach. We enjoyed our mimosas and left feeling excited for our adventure.
We headed to the Original Farmers Market in Los Angeles. We were not sure what to expect, but we were not disappointed. Miles was great in the car and we navigated LA pretty well. We walked around the Farmers Market window shopping all the vendors. The Grove is right next door so we walked through the shops and people watched - always a good time. We had worked up another appetite so we had a sushi roll from a sushi bar in the market and then finished it off with a crepe suzette and a latte.
We took the long way home, driving down famous streets looking for celebrities - none were found! We thoroughly enjoyed an adventure in our own back yard.
